I work in the investments and pensions space, creating clear copy and journeys to make complex concepts accessible to all users. 

I was the UX Writer for Yotpo's email and SMS product line, helping merchants reach their customers as effectively as possible. I also focused on eCommerce with subscription-based sales models.

I was the first content designer for Quantive, an OKR software solution based in Bulgaria. My focus included writing copy, training designers, and creating documentation.

I wrote for two Wix products: Online Programs, a course-creation tool, and Groups, a platform designed to foster community and connection.

I was a librarian before anything else, and the job gave me a fresh perspective on information architecture. OFPL is where I got my first taste of interface structure, marketing copy, and writing book reviews.
